About Us
Hi, I'm DiDi
My passion working in the Hospitality industry (as an air-line Flight Attendant and then as an In-service Flight Manager), was abruptly put on hold due to COVID-19. I was suddenly on leave and after several months I felt the urge to host again. Creating a unique meet-up place for the community I live in. Bring back the sense of “togetherness” that we lost during the pandemic.
The idea to open a coffee trailer came to me while I was visiting family and friends from Nitzanai Oz (Ha’Sharon area in Israel). We set at amazing little coffee shops and I realized how wonderful it would be if we had one down south in the Shfela area.
The very thought of having such unique met-up place, where my favorite coffee and treats are available was exuberating. And therefore, the entire menu is built with my personal favorites.
My partner and I spent months planning and we were able to share my personal experience traveling around the world, tasting some of the best pastries and drinking the best coffee. I was visioning a mini provance in the center of Israel. The look and feel, the scents and even the music. The complete experience needed to convey the sensation of a vacation without the need of a passport.

Sunny days guarantee that our patio will be full of guests enjoying a drink or treat. On not-so-sunny days, we also offer seating or quick take-away.
